Brandon Martin is the founding member of Martin Legal Group, licensed to practice in both Texas and Ohio, and is Board Certified in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Brandon’s practice primarily focuses on advising clients in business and transactional matters in the bitcoin mining space and the energy industry. Brandon has practiced law in the energy space since 2007, and began representing miners in 2017 when he advised one of his clients in the development of HODL Ranch in Ward County, Texas - the first 50+ megawatt mining location in North America. Since that time, Brandon has focused a large portion of his law practice on advising on-grid and off-grid bitcoin miners in their development of mining locations. In 2022, Brandon co-founded the consultancy Bitcoin Consulting Group LLC to provide additional business and consulting services to power providers and bitcoin miners. Brandon is passionate about partnering with his clients to see their goals achieved, and is committed to providing a truly unique attorney-client experience.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys time with his family, running and biking at White Rock Lake in Dallas, and reading.
